Schedule: 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including every other weekend.
Location: Mankato. This position requires a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record. This position would likely assist with the transportation of individuals during the shift.
Wage:
$17.00 per hour for full-time.
Full-time staff is eligible for $18.00 per hour if staff are in good standing after the first 90 days of employment.
$16.00 per hour for part-time.
Part-time staff are eligible for $16.50 per hour if staff are in good standing after the first 90 days of employment.
All awake overnight shifts will receive an additional $1.00 per hour for direct care hours worked.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor individuals nightly to ensure safety.
Get paid for being a productive night owl.
Help others achieve their goals.
Assist in preparing for the day ahead.
Advocate for the benefit of others.

What do we need from you?
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must hold a valid United States driver's license and pass a driving record check conducted by our insurance carrier unless otherwise noted.
Must pass the MN Department of Human Services Background Study
Willingness to learn
Ability to complete daily direct care such as bathing, toileting, feeding, and changing.
Ability to do household chores such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
