Service Manager Position – Stable Company For 5 decades, Lafferty’s Home Center has been your appliance and furniture expert in the Texarkana area with friendly and knowledgeable service. We are committed to selling top name brands like Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Sub-Zero, Wolf, Maytag, Jenn-Air, GE Café, La-Z-Boy and Mayo plus many more.
Because of our unprecedented growth, we’re looking for a Service Manager that’s smart and can do a lot of different things.

What You Will Do
Work with Service Technicians
Create relationships with Parts Vendors
Communicating with manufacturers field service representatives.
Work between Office manager and Office staff
Finding solutions to problems
Customer relations, answering of issues. Taking their problems away.
