In the Manufacturing Project Specialist (MPS) role for the Wilsonville Operations Team you will be joining a Collins Aerospace facility focused on developing, manufacturing, and servicing cutting edge Vision System technologies for both commercial & military applications.

The MPS role is a versatile position that will be focused on facilitation and execution of a diverse list of continuous improvement &/or operational focused initiatives.

This position will be a high visibility role expected to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organizational structure.

**QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE:** * Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience **or** an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience

* 5+ years of experience driving tangible process improvements in a Business Process environment.* 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and leaders within a complex and sometimes ambiguous matrix organization.* 5+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing practices and Operations/Shop Floor management.**QUALIFICATIONS WE PREFER:** Experience with quality & data managements systemsExperience with MRP/ERP enterprise solutions (ie.: SAP, Oracle)Experience with Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.

Experience using analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively identify and resolve issues and mitigate risks.

The ability to remain focused under pressure to assess and resolve challenges.
