American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry position in Lubbock, TX. This travel nursing opportunity is for a Telemetry Med Surg role. The assignment starts on

Responsibilities
Work in the Telemetry Unit of a short‑term acute care hospital.
Unit is a Level II Trauma Center with 379 staffed beds.
Night shifts (3×12 hours, 19:00–07:00).
Expected patient ratios are 1:4.5.
Required to work six weekends in a six‑week period.
Float between units and to other facilities within the state.
Epic EMR is used and required.
Adhere to a solid navy blue uniform or scrub attire requirement (no print tops allowed).
No on‑call required for this position.
All travelers must be willing to float if needed per facility policy.
Minimal to no time off (RTO) is preferred for contract consideration; all time–off requests must be submitted at the time of application.
Free parking available in designated employee/visitor lots.
First‑time travelers are welcome to apply.
Requirements
Active TX or compact RN license required.
Minimum of 1 year of recent Telemetry nursing experience.
Epic EMR experience required.
Current BLS certification required.
At least 2 supervisory references from the last three years within a comparable specialty/setting are required for consideration.
Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months to return as a traveler and cannot live within 50 miles of the facility.
