Duties

Support senior care initiatives, focusing on the unique needs of elderly patients.
Utilize the Axxess system for medical documentation and record‑keeping.
Requirements
Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice.
Strong skills in medical documentation and patient assessment.
Knowledge of sterile processing techniques is a plus.
Familiarity with pain management practices and critical care nursing is advantageous.
Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, particularly Axxess, is desirable.
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
