Provide outpatient physical therapy services to adult patients.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Track progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary members.
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia.
Minimum two years of experience in adult outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation.
