Shift: Days, 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, M-F, every 6th weekend
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements MO is part of the PT compact privilege states 1 year experience Must have Home Health experience BLS ACLS Charting Epic
Other Details Ratios: 5-20 visits/day average First-timers accepted COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Not Required Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
