Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Nurse - Med/Surg - Nights! Job Description:
Join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in the Med/Surg ward!
Embrace the challenge of developing and implementing comprehensive nursing care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of nursing practice.
Craft systems to provide compassionate care to diverse populations—infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
Be prepared to float to other Med-Surg units as needed, enhancing your skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patient conditions and create individualized nursing diagnoses and care plans.
Prepare, administer, and accurately record prescribed medications.
Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs with precision and care.
Adjust specialized medical equipment and interpret measurements to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Monitor patients' vital signs and promptly report any adverse reactions to medications.
Shift Information: Night Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM
Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year of Med/Surg experience required.
Certifications/Requirements:
ACLS
BLS/BCLS
NIHSS
