Registered Nurse (RN)
to manage care management, quality assurance, and compliance for our home care services in Colorado. Experience in home health is required. Responsibilities
Lead, direct, and support a team of nurses and medical professionals in a fast‑paced home health agency. Uphold the company’s mission, vision, and core values. Develop and maintain nursing policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with local, state, federal regulations and company policies. Promote employee and patient safety and well‑being. Monitor and audit staff practices and implement quality improvement initiatives. Evaluate the nursing program and individual performance to achieve optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction. Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience in home health. Minimum 3 years of experience with Medicare and Medicaid. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a health‑related field. Proficiency with medical software and eMAR systems. Demonstrated success in maintaining Medicare/Medicaid standards. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi‑task. Benefits
