Job Overview Travel Registered Nurse with focus on Long Term Care. Provide high‐level nursing care to patients in long‑term care facilities.
Responsibilities
Deliver patient‑centered nursing care in a long‑term care setting.
Perform assessments, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
Document patient information accurately and timely.
Adhere to facility protocols, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
Minimum 2+ years of recent experience in Long Term Care.
Strong bedside manner and the ability to work in a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Capability to work 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week.
