Alarm Monitoring Dispatchers
are the professionals who ensure that every alarm gets the fast, accurate response it deserves.
This role is ideal for dependable, detail-oriented individuals looking to build a career in
emergency communications, criminal justice, or public safety. No prior dispatch experience is required — we’ll provide paid, hands‑on training.
What You’ll Do
Respond to fire, burglary, panic, and medical alarms across the U.S.
Dispatch police, fire, and medical responders quickly and accurately.
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while following clear procedures.
Communicate professionally and calmly under pressure.
Maintain accurate records and collaborate with team members in a fast‑paced environment.
Training & Work Schedule
Paid training provided during first‑shift hours (approximately 8 weeks).
Following training, employees are assigned to 2nd or 3rd shifts, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
All positions are on‑site to support 24/7 emergency operations.
What We Offer
Competitive pay starting at $16 to $24/hr for experienced dispatchers, with performance‑based bonuses and raises.
Monthly and quarterly bonuses for attendance, accuracy, and customer service.
Shift premiums: +$1/hr for 3rd shift.
Overtime pay: 1.5x scheduled, double time for unscheduled, triple time for holidays.
Weekly paychecks and consistent schedules.
