Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice (compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days)
Current CPR certification (hands‑on component) – Aveanna can assist in obtaining this after hire if necessary
TB skin test current within last 12 months
Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
Reliable transportation
