Park Nicollet Health Services invites applications for the
Behavioral Health Nutrition Technician
to join our Melrose Center team. This role supports patients experiencing eating disorders, mental illness, and substance use disorders by creating a safe therapeutic environment, managing menus, preparing meals, monitoring dayrooms, and transporting clients to appointments.
Position Summary The Technician records weights and vitals using the EPIC medical record system and supports patient care through observation, planning, intervention, and client support.
Work Schedule 8 FTE; Night shift – 10:30PM to 7:00AM
Required Qualifications At least 21 years old. Valid driver’s license; meets motor vehicle insurability criteria. Knowledge of age‑related growth and development principles to ensure patient safety. Compliance with FMLA, ADA, and anti‑discrimination laws. Proficiency with telephone, computers, patient‑care technology, copier, and fax machine.
Preferred Qualifications Progress toward a post‑secondary degree. Psychology or behavioral health coursework. Current CPR certification. Current BLS certification.
