Job Summary:
Provide professional nursing care to patients in a friendly and courteous manner. Duties include carrying out physician orders, assisting with procedures, administering injections, performing phlebotomy, answering patient calls, cleaning and stocking exam rooms, coordinating prescriptions and supply levels, pre‑certifying medical services, and other patient care tasks as requested.
Schedule:
Full Time, Day Shift – Mon‑Thurs 7:45‑5, Fri 7:45‑1.
Sign‑On Bonus:
Up to $10,000.

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
No minimum years of experience required
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Carolina
Current CPR certification
Basic first aid knowledge
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Maintain a positive attitude and communicate professionally with patients, staff, and external contacts.
Demonstrate appropriate communication of information to all ages,
Infant – Birth to 1 year
Child – 1 year through 12 years
Adolescent – 13 years through 17 years
Adult – 18 years through 65 years
Geriatric – Over 65 years
Provide medication management: IV push (RN only), subcutaneous, intramuscular, intradermal, oral, topical, suppository, sublingual, inhalants; manage storage, ordering, and handling.
Assist with and perform minor procedures, triage patients by telephone or in person, and implement physician orders.
Communicate via telephone (answer, transfer) and phone triage, handling physician orders, patient concerns, and staff referrals.
Schedule referrals, appointments, ancillaries, surgeries, and hospital admissions.
Prepare and maintain exam rooms, conduct patient interviews and education, and maintain clinical documentation.
Operate and maintain medical and office equipment (BP cuffs, temperature monitors, scales, X‑ray, bone density, ultrasound, treadmill, lab equipment, laser equipment, defibrillator, Holter monitors, pacemakers, etc.).
Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, processing, proficiency testing, and results reporting.
Complete administrative duties: chart documentation, forms, chart maintenance and filing, faxing, copying, mail in/out, lab reporting, coding (E & M, office procedures/complex visits, surgeries, hospital services), and pre‑certification/authorization.
Participate in in‑service education, certification, competency training, and department orientation.
Maintain log sheets and audits for samples, pharmacy, equipment, and oxygen.
Provide leadership support for clinical policies and procedures.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
