Nurse Practitioner - FNP/PNP
Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (FNP or PNP) to join a dedicated primary care team serving children, adolescents, and young adults up to age 26.
Our practice offers comprehensive, compassionate care with innovative programs in Clinical Research, Patient‑Centered Medical Home, Parent Coaching, Breastfeeding Medicine, ADHD management, and integrated Behavioral Health. We also feature an Acute Care Center for holistic treatment.
Ideal candidates have 2‑3 years of pediatric APRN experience, active Ohio licensure (DEA included), and strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Provide primary care to patients
Complete EMR documentation
Contribute to quality improvement efforts
