Work alongside other highly motivated anesthesiologists in a strong care team model style practice.
We foster close collaboration with our surgical and perioperative colleagues, ensuring we collectively provide the highest standard of anesthesia care for the Phoenix community.
Qualifications:
Board-certified/eligible in anesthesia.
Great opportunity for experienced Anesthesiologists or individuals just starting their careers.
New graduates, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply.
Practice in the Heart of the Community Flexible Scheduling:
Enjoy 8 weeks of scheduled time off annually.
Our team boasts high retention rates, with collaborative efforts to ensure coverage during time off.
Minimal call responsibilities, with opportunities to pick up extra shift coverage if desired.
Key Responsibilities:
Physicians act in a supervisory role but enjoy a good amount of clinical work performed independently.

Compensation:
Guaranteed compensation at $435k for W2 or $460k for 1099. Sign-on and quality bonus of $25,000 available.
