AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our family! The primary purpose of your role is to provide direct nursing care to the residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of your assigned unit. Valid Texas RN License. Valid CPR Certification. I.V. Certification Preferred. Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care. Benefits
