Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – iKids Pediatric Dentistry – Burleson, TX
We are seeking a full‑time Registered Dental Assistant to join our pediatric dental practice in Burleson, TX. The role focuses on delivering compassionate, child‑friendly chairside care and supporting our team in maintaining healthy smiles for young patients.
What You’ll Do
Assist the dentist during a variety of pediatric dental procedures.
Prepare and sterilize instruments, treatment rooms, and equipment.
Take and process dental X‑rays.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure a smooth flow of appointments.
Help educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene practices.
Provide compassionate, kid‑friendly chairside care.
What We’re Looking For
Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license and X‑ray certification required.
Previous experience in a pediatric office preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Dependable, proactive, and detail‑oriented attitude.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
Schedule
Full‑time – Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Education and Credentials
High school diploma or equivalent minimum.
Radiography credentials as required by state regulations.
Job‑Related Experience
Experience working in a professional, medical or dental environment with direct customer service desired.
Pediatric experience preferred.
Job‑Related Skills and Competencies
Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
Customer service oriented with a pleasant demeanor at all times.
Effective written and verbal communication.

Excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask and perform duties in timely manner.

Working Conditions
Travel between the assigned offices, if needed.
Attend and participate in all office meetings, continuing education events and morning huddles.
