FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Center in Cliffside Park, NJ is seeking dedicated and compassionate physical therapists to join our team of professionals in full‑time, part‑time, and PRN roles. We value the best possible client outcomes and believe strongly in the power of personalized care with an average daily clinician schedule of 12 patients. Responsibilities
Perform new‑patient evaluations/exams
Diagnose patients and evaluate physical activity limitations
Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date
Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises and track progress
Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care
Examine and evaluate new patients
Establish a diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact on activity
Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises
Measure and track intervention effectivenessEducate the patient on continuing care
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
DPT from an accredited program
Current New Jersey state PT license
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in an autonomous environment
Must have self‑motivation with a willingness to learn and treat all physical therapy modalities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Spanish speaking is preferred but not required
1+ years of experience in the field is preferred, but we will consider new graduates
