Job Type: FullTime Salary: $30+ an hour based on experience Performance based sign-on bonuses offered! Responsibilities
Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to clients as prescribed by the Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Implement behavior intervention plans designed to address the individual needs of clients. Document and track client progress through data collection and daily notes. Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure effective therapy and data‑driven decision‑making. Assist with crisis management and behavior support as needed. Provide therapy in various settings, including homes, schools, and clinics. Requirements
Possession of a valid RBT certification. Current CPR is not required, but will need to be taken upon hire. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Experience working with individuals in various settings. Passion for helping individuals with autism and related developmental disorders. Competitive pay starting at $30+ per hour. Benefits
