Manager of ADR Services Overview The AAA seeks a highly organized and experienced Manager of ADR Services to lead arbitration and mediation case administration and supervise a team of Case Administrators. The role involves managing a dynamic caseload, serving as the primary liaison with parties and neutrals, ensuring consistent application of AAA's rules and procedures, training staff, leading conference calls and preliminary hearings, identifying and resolving case‑management issues, and maintaining confidentiality and data‑security standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills along with a solid foundation in ADR processes.

Work Environment This position offers a hybrid work arrangement; candidates must reside at a U.S. location within 125 miles of their assigned office location. Compensation will be determined based on geographic location.

Atlanta, GA; Buffalo, NY; Dallas, TX, Fresno, CA: $77,000 - $82,000

Houston, TX; Johnston, RI; Minneapolis, MN: $79,000 - $83,000

Chicago, IL; Philadelphia, PA; Voorhees, NJ: $82,000 - $87,000

Boston, MA, Los Angeles, CA: $86,000 - $91,000

New York, NY; San Francisco, CA: $91,000 - $97,000

This position is also eligible for an annual performance‑based incentive targeting 10% of annual salary.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or a related field; or equivalent mix of education and experience

4–6 years of comprehensive customer service and case management experience in a legal, judicial, or ADR setting

1–2 years of supervisory or team‑lead experience

Strong knowledge of arbitration and mediation procedures and rules

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and resolve complex issues

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case‑management systems; adaptability to emerging technologies, including AI tools
