Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health - Full-Time

Dignity Health at Home is currently seeking a dedicated registered nurse for a rewarding full‑time home health opportunity.

Schedule & Requirements Full‑time hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) 5 days per week. No weekends or after‑hours on‑call requirements. Must reside in Maricopa City.

As a registered nurse you’ll be at the heart of patient care delivering expert clinical services, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and building meaningful relationships with those you serve. Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high‑quality nursing care tailored to each patient’s needs.

Develop and adjust individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

Supervise your own caseload, nurturing the growth and development of LPNs, LVNs, and home‑health aides.

Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Maintain thorough documentation to meet regulatory and operational standards.

Utilize the latest technology and best practices to enhance patient care.

Job Requirements

Graduate of an accredited nursing program; hold an active RN license in the state served.

At least 1 year of nursing experience (home‑health preferred).

Strong critical thinking, clinical expertise, case management, and a passion for patient care.

CPR/BLS certification.

Valid driver’s license.
