Location & Hours Wilson County, NC 40 hours/week, Full Time, M-F (Non‑Exempt)
Responsibilities
Administer psycho‑social screenings and assessments for justice‑involved individuals.
Coordinate linkage to behavioral health, medical, educational, and vocational services as needed.
Provide ongoing professional care‑management services within the TASC (Treatment Accountability for Safer Communities) program.
Collaborate with community partners, justice systems, and service providers to facilitate treatment and recovery access.
Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or related field, or associate degree with four years of justice/human services experience. Experience : Knowledge of recovery, harm reduction, and wellness concepts; may have lived recovery or justice system experience. Exception : North Carolina Peer Support Specialist certification with minimum two years of related experience is acceptable in lieu of standard education.
Required Skills
Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively.
Proficiency with electronic health record systems and remote collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including legal systems, healthcare providers, and social services.
Salary & Benefits Salary range:
$42,000–$45,000
(commensurate with experience). Health, medical/dental, life, disability insurance, retirement savings plan/401(k), paid time off.
