You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and perform as a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) to support plasma center operations.

Responsibilities
Determine donor eligibility, including informed consent, medical history interview, physical examination, blood testing and review Serological Protein Electrophoresis (SPE).
Evaluate donor reactions as outlined in SOPs, handle medical emergencies, develop Center Physician standing orders and transport donors to emergency care.
Refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs when encountering unacceptable findings, medical or technical issues.
Support Hepatitis B and seasonal flu vaccination programs for employees.
Manage employee incidents and determine further evaluation with occupational health or ER, referring to EHS guidance.
Serve as Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS and support investigations related to pandemic threats.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent, or graduate level of a recognized nursing program with state requirements.
Currently licensed or certified for the state where responsibilities will be assigned: EMT-Paramedic.
Current CPR and AED certification.
Fulfill state requirements for basic IV therapy.
Complete FDA‑approved training for BioLife Medical Support Specialist.
Two years in a clinical or hospital setting.

Hourly Wage Range $25.00 - $34.38
Benefits U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term incentives, medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with match, disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays and well‑being benefits. Employees are eligible for up to 80 hours of sick time per year and new hires accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
