QUALIFICATIONS:
Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long‑term goals for patient outcomes
Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects
Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families
Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources
Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team‑based care
Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered
