We are seeking a passionate
Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
to join our
outpatient pediatric rehab team . In this role, you will provide individualized, one‑on‑one care to children from birth through 21 years old, creating treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and provide speech/language therapy services to pediatric patients.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet developmental and functional goals.
Deliver one‑on‑one therapy sessions in an outpatient rehab setting.
Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other SLPs for co‑treatment when appropriate.
Engage parents and caregivers in the treatment process, offering guidance for home practice and carry‑over skills.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with company and state regulations.
Requirements Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited
Speech Language Pathology program .
Current or pending
state licensure
as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Strong interest in pediatric care, from early intervention through young adulthood.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient engagement skills.
