Position:
Respiratory Therapist (RT) – Per Diem / PRN
Location:
Willingboro, NJ 08046
Schedule:
12‑Hour Shift (Day Shift or Night Shift)
Compensation:
$51.00 per hour
Sign‑On Bonus:
$5,000
About the Hospital:
Select Specialty Hospital is a 69‑bed facility providing world‑class post‑ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients. The RT plays a central role in compassionate care.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
Provide respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical/surgical conditions.
Perform insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes.
Promote continuous quality improvement.
Teach and counsel patients/families.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
Active CRT or RRT credential from NBRC or state equivalent.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date.
Current state licensure.
ACLS certification required upon hire (agency RT must have ACLS upon first shift).
Preferred Qualifications
One (1) year of related experience.
