Job Description
Read and interpret prescriptions
Translate and enter prescription information into computer system
Maintain productivity and quality goals set forth by OptumRx
Research additional information as necessary in various systems to complete required tasks
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Must function in accordance with standard, written procedures and guidelines
May perform other business duties as assigned per business needs
Qualifications
HS diploma or GED
Must have clear and active Pharm Tech license in the state of IL
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a pharmacy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Call center experience preferred
Additional Information
Hours for this Position:
Monday – Friday 8 hour shift between 7am and 7pm
