About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Primary Care Physician to join our established and growing pediatric practice in Dade County, Florida. Led by a team of expert pediatricians, our clinic provides top-quality care to a diverse patient population. We specialize in routine pediatric services such as well‑child visits, immunizations, and sports physicals, all delivered with a personalized touch.
Our mission is to create a welcoming, family‑centered environment that delivers prompt and high‑quality care tailored to each child’s individual needs.
Key Details
Base Salary:
$215,000–$230,000 (commensurate with experience and board certification)
Annual Bonus Potential:
Up to $10,000
Patient Volume:
2,530 patients per day
Support Team Includes:
Front Desk, Scheduler, Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), ARNP, Coordinator, and another Pediatrician

5 days + $3,000 annual stipend

Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics (BC/BE preferred)
FM or IM/Peds
Passion for providing high‑quality, patient‑centered pediatric care
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Bilingual: Spanish
