Overview Hackensack Meridian Health is a nationally recognized network of hospitals and care facilities. At our CC Adolescent Unit, nurses provide evidence‑based, compassionate care to adolescents 24/7 while supporting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities A Registered Nurse at Hackensack Meridian Health is responsible for delivering nursing practices in accordance with evidence‑based research, policies, and standards of care to ensure safe, individualized patient care.
Qualifications
NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License
AHA BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire
BSN in progress or willingness to obtain within 3 years
Minimum 6 months of relevant nursing experience or active participation in the Nurse Residency Program
Schedule
Week 1: Saturday 6:45 pm – 7:15 pm
Week 2: Sunday 6:45 pm – 7:15 pm
2/6 holidays
Compensation Minimum hourly rate: $42.19. Compensation is determined based on market data, experience, education, and other factors. Pay may differ by role or credentials.
Job Duties (Selected)
Labor Market Data: Compensation benchmarked against market data
Experience: Years of relevant work experience
Education and Certifications: Level of education attained, specialized certifications, credentials, completed apprenticeship programs or advanced training
Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in relevant skills and competencies
Geographic Location: Cost of living and market rates for the specific location
Internal Equity and budget considerations impact compensation
