Behavioral Health Technicians
to join the team in
Worcester, MA ! In this role, you will be working with adults with co‑occurring mental health/SUD to transition back into their communities and families!
Position Behavioral Health Technician
Location Worcester, MA
Schedules available
Tuesday‑Sat 8am‑4:30pm
Thursday‑Monday 4pm‑12:30am
Sunday‑Thursday 12am‑8:30am
Responsibilities
Assist with patient treatment plans, monitor and document patient progress.
Support group therapy sessions.
Ensure a safe environment.
Respond to patient needs and crises.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals.
Deescalation and AMA Blocking
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant education preferred.
Experience in behavioral health is a plus.
Clean drivers record with no restriction on driving a van.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Flexible availability for all shifts.
Commitment to compassionate care.
