Compensation:
$130,000 - $145,000 Annual Salary

Position Description We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) for our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Saint Louis, Missouri. This is a full‑time, in‑person position, Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.
Qualifications
Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Missouri
1+ years of experience as an NP in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
Responsibilities
Upon admission to the facility, examine residents and their medical records.
Conduct check‑ups, manage chronic conditions and medications, provide transitional care management, discharge planning, and family engagement.
