Competitive Salary $36.00–$44.00/hr with shift differentials

Responsibilities
Assist in delivery of resident care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice provided is within state and federal guidelines
Review all referrals for consultation, treatment, or resolution of problems
Evaluate and monitor resident responses to daily implementation of nursing care to ensure care plans are met
Implement physician orders, nursing interventions and procedures as needed for resident care
Seek opportunities for professional growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain competency levels
Set and implement goals and policies consistent with FutureCare’s nursing facility philosophy and purpose
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse license issued in Maryland
1 year of nursing experience preferred
Previous experience caring for residents in an acute or long‑term health care facility a plus
Current CPR license
