Overview
Sterile Processing Technician at Providence St. Jude Medical Center, Fullerton, CA. This position is full-time and will work 8-hour, night shifts.

Responsibilities Cleaning, preparation and sterilization of instruments, trays and equipment. Operating departmental machinery. Receiving, labeling, stocking and delivery of supplies and equipment. Operating a computer, answering phones and filling orders. Cleaning and sanitizing work surfaces and storage areas.
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
National Certified Registered Central Service Technician - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association within 1 year of hire. Or
National Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution within 1 year of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years of experience as SPD tech.

The successful candidate’s placement on the wage range is based on relevant job experience and other applicable factors. Base pay range may be supplemented by shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
