Full Time Laborer – Department of Public Works
The Town of Bel Air is accepting applications for the position of Full Time Laborer. The role involves manual labor as directed, including landscaping, street and sidewalk work, snow/ice removal, garbage and trash removal, recycling, and event setup and takedown.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid noncommercial driver’s license
Safe and proper operation of various hand and power tools
Capable of lifting 100 lbs.
Qualified applicants must pass a background check, physical exam, and drug test.
Compensation:
Starting wage rate: $19.44 per hour (annualized $40,443). Fiscal Year 2026 Pay Range: $40,443 to $71,051.
Closing date: January 25, 2026 11:59 PM.
Special Requirements Must have a valid drivers license to drive/operate Town vehicles and equipment.
