Senior Medical Courier

LabCorp is looking for a Senior Service Representative/Courier to join our team in Winston Salem, NC. In this role you will pick up, transport and deliver medical specimens, lab supplies and reports while providing excellent service to our clients.
Optional company vehicle is available for the route. For $125 per month you may take the vehicle home with personal use. The schedule is flexible and routes start from 6:30 am to 7:30 pm.

Job Duties / Responsibilities
Load necessary supplies for daily pickups
Complete pick‑up schedule in a timely manner
Deliver picks to branch at shift end
Handle specimens and lab samples safely and efficiently
Safely operate company vehicle and obey traffic laws
Use handheld electronic device to manage daily pickups
Work directly with dispatcher for additional pick‑ups
Evaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes and weather conditions
Act as floater for logistics team and cover various routes when needed
Provide on‑route training for new couriers/drivers
Assist with dispatch and pickups
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
3 years of relevant experience required
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
At least 21 years old
Medical driver/courier experience preferred
Customer service experience a plus
Very punctual with strong time management skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Problem‑solving ability for customer issues
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
