Unit details:

Number of beds – 3 Cath/EP/Hybrid/Structural Heart rooms

Staff per room – 3 (RNs and Rad Techs)

Day Shift – 7:30–15:30

Night Shift – on call only

Patient ratio – 3 per case

Equipment – GE and Philips labs, Mac Lab / Cardiolab

EMR – Meditech

Qualifications

Registered Radiologic Technologist License, Fluoroscopy & ARRT license

Scrub experience as Rad Tech

Preferred or Nice to Have

Mac Lab/Cardiolab experience

Typical Procedures Performed on Unit(s)

Left/Right heart caths, angioplasty/stent; IVUS, ICE, atherectomy

Atrial Fib Ablations, Micra’s ICDs, PM, Lead extraction

Structural Heart: TAVR, TMVR, Tricuspid, LAAC (Watchman), PFO/ASD

Dress Code

May wear own scrub or use the blue hospital scrubs
