Premier Physician Services, LLC is seeking a committed and experienced Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join a well‑supported team at a busy community hospital near Dallas, TX. This full‑time role offers clinical autonomy, consistent scheduling, and a collaborative environment.

Position Overview

Annual ED Volume: 34,000 visits

Emergency Department Size: 26 beds

APP Shifts: 8AM–6PM, 12PM–10PM, 6PM–4AM

EMR System: EPIC

Contract Type: 1099 direct

Malpractice Coverage: Provided, including tail

Schedule Expectation: Full‑time commitment of 12 shifts per month

Candidate Requirements

Active, unrestricted Texas NP or PA license

Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Medicine experience

Clean background and malpractice history

Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently

Team-oriented with excellent communication and adaptability
