As a Porter, you are responsible for vehicle movement within the property. Occasionally, you will shuttle vehicles outside of the property as well. This involves communication with team members for deliveries and pick-up of vehicles and materials.
Salary Overview SalaryOverview: The pay rate for this role starts at $20 per hour.
Hours The hours for this role are Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4pm.
Moving vehicles throughout the property daily.
Shuttle vehicles to and from locations as requested.
Maintaining organized storage lots and ensuring vehicles are parked as designated.
Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.
Porter Qualifications and Skills
Valid Chauffer's License with an adequate driving record.
Must be a self-starter.
Must be a reliable team player.
Porter's Working Conditions and Physical Demands Include
Ability to get in and out of all sizes of vehicles.
This position is performed both inside a garage and outside, so weather conditions may include extreme heat and cold.
75% of the time this position will be completed while walking and standing. 25% of the time this position will be completed while sitting.
