In-Home Private Duty Nurse
AssistedCare at Home is looking for an experienced Private Duty Nurse to provide in‑home care to clients in the Leland area. The role involves caring for medically fragile persons with chronic physical conditions on a PRN days/nights schedule while working under the supervision of a PDN Clinical Supervisor.

Responsibilities Follow the plan of care, provide treatments, and collaborate with the care team to achieve positive patient outcomes. Provide skilled nursing care to medically fragile patients with chronic physical conditions.
Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited LPN or RN program.
Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in North Carolina>
Current skilled nursing experience caring for medically fragile persons with chronic physical conditions.
Ability to pass a background screening.
Preferred Qualifications
Current or recent skilled nursing experience in PDN or acute care setting.
