Health Center Supervisor/Program Director Essential Functions
Implementation of Thousand Pines Health Care Plan Facilitate operations related to Thousand Pines Emergency Response Provide support for Thousand Pines Programs in regard to the implementation of:
Camper Safety and Emergency Response Health and cleanliness standards Orderly collection and distribution of camper medications for applicable programs
Additional Functions
Updates, and/or monitors health care plan and maintains appropriate records Daily tracks TP healthcare inventory and maintains necessary supplies Assists other TP staff involved in health care Assists TP in any other areas as needed Major Competency Areas
Excellent critical thinking, organizational, and team support skills Ability to provide patient care with excellence and compassion Excellent verbal and written communication skills Competent in basic computer skills Qualifications
Licensed in California as a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Physician’s Assistant or Medical Doctor Experience reading prescriptions and deciphering doctors orders Current Red Cross CPR and First Aid Certifications Experience with children and young adults in a first aid emergency capacity Full agreement with TP mission, vision, and values Valid driver’s license Physical Demands
Abilities sufficient to carry out the essential functions of the job Must be able to lift minimum of 50 lbs Thank you for your interest in Thousand Pines Christian Camp and Conference Center!
