Medpro Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse for an exciting travel assignment in Des Moines, IA. Shift: 4x10 hour days. Start Date: 01/26/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Pay: $2342 per week.
Requirements
Active RN license
Degree from an accredited nursing program
BLS certification
At least eighteen months recent experience in an acute care Med/Surg setting
Other requirements determined by the client facility

Duties & Responsibilities Med‑Surg nurses (RN) provide care for primarily adult patients before and after surgical procedures, as well as those receiving pharmaceutical treatment.
Complete assignments made by physicians
Provide routine treatment and post‑surgical care
Assess changes in patient health status and perform various treatments
Administer medication
Maintain meticulous documentation to ensure continuity of care among nursing staff, physicians, and other care team members
