Job Title Clinical Product Manager, Point of Care Ultrasound (Cambridge MA)

Job Description Philips invites healthcare professionals with sonography certification to join our ultrasound team at the NAR Innovation Center in Cambridge, MA to innovate and deliver the next wave of innovations to standardize point‑of‑care ultrasound.

Your role:

Bring voice of customers to lead the point‑of‑care ultrasound product clinical roadmap from concept to launch, collaborating with R&D, Product Marketing, Clinical Science and other stakeholders to define product specifications, features, requirements, clinical workflows and customer acceptance.

Provide key clinical insights and help ensure that all innovations are meaningful and targeted at solving key customer needs; work with product management, clinical science, clinical education, R&D to define technology strategy, explore new technology, coordinate research with internal Philips research and leading clinical academic centers worldwide, and lead and direct product development.

Position is in‑person at the Philips Cambridge MA office; requires travel within Philips locations for clinical collaboration with hospitals, KOLs, product demos, conferences and tradeshows.

You're the right fit if:

10+ years of experience in scanning in a clinical and/or professional environment.

Certified RDMS/RDCS or equivalent with clinical scanning experience in Cardiology, Abdomen, Lung, Vascular, ultrasound‑guided regional anesthesia, MSK, OB/Gyn; comprehensive understanding of quantification and workflow for a POC diagnostic and/or interventional ultrasound exam.

Bachelor's degree in a medical/healthcare related field.

Able to perform the minimum physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.

Experience presenting to large groups using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel; co‑creating with multidisciplinary teams, preferably in the medical device field.

How we work together We believe that we are better together. For our office‑based teams this means working in‑person at least three days per week. On‑site roles require full‑time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside the company’s main facilities, generally at the customer’s or supplier’s location. This is an office role.

Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $135,000 – $216,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long‑term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes generous PTO, 401(k) (up to 7% match), HSA with company contribution, stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
