What You'll Do
Lead the engineering side of MPD well planning—hydraulics, tripping, displacements, cementing strategies, matrices, modeling & more.
Create and review all MPD procedures, P&IDs, simulations, and technical deliverables.
Work face‑to‑face with operators, rig teams, and engineering groups across the Permian.
Provide on‑site and remote MPD support, troubleshooting, and real‑time guidance.
Train crews on MPD tools, software, and best practices.
Support sales & business development efforts by ensuring top‑tier customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
3‑5+ years in MPD or drilling engineering
Strong understanding of hydraulics, wellbore pressure control & MPD systems
Ability to travel locally for rig visits & operational support
Motivated, customer‑focused, and eager to help grow our market presence
Bachelor's degree in engineering (or equivalent experience)
Location:
Midland, TX – providing full support across the Permian Basin
