Position Overview In this role, you will support the organization by
maximizing revenue generation and improving profitability
through the development and execution of effective pricing strategies. You will partner closely with business teams, finance, and external customers to deliver compliant, competitive, and financially sound pricing proposals across government, defense, and commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare
FAR 12 and FAR 15 TINA-compliant pricing proposals
for U.S. Government agencies and prime contractors, as well as proposals for non-U.S. Government customers.
Sign
1411 coversheets
for FAR 15 proposals, including final certifications.
Support
DCAA/DCMA audits , fact-finding requests, and interactions with prime contractors.
Contribute to
business cases, competitive assessments, risk mitigation strategies, and negotiation strategies
for customer proposals.
Drive
top-line revenue growth and margin expansion
through sound financial and pricing analysis.
Provide
pricing and negotiation support
to customer-facing business teams.
Develop pricing recommendations for
transactional spares and repairs , as required.
Build and maintain strong working relationships across cross-functional teams.
Support
continuous improvement initiatives
to enhance productivity, margin performance, pricing methodologies, and skill development using structured tools and training.
Required Qualifications (You Must Have)
2.5 years of direct government/defense experience OR 5 years of related experience
in pricing, finance, accounting, or business analysis.
Bachelor's degree
in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline.
Strong working knowledge of
government rules and regulations , including
FAR .
Advanced
analytical and problem-solving skills .
Proficiency in
pricing and data analysis tools .
Strong
written, verbal, and presentation communication skills .
Ability to work both
independently and collaboratively
in a team environment.
Basic Qualifications
Strong English communication skills with the ability to
influence and present to stakeholders .
U.S. Citizenship required
(no dual citizenship).
Ability to travel
up to 10% .
Proficiency with
Microsoft Office tools , including
Excel , and/or
SAP .
Preferred / Additional Qualifications
Experience in
cost accounting, pricing, or marketing , preferably in a
government/defense environment .
Experience coordinating work across teams and serving as a liaison between internal and external customers.
Ability to create and utilize
financial models
to evaluate pricing and investment options.
Experience integrating pricing strategies with broader
product marketing initiatives .
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, improve processes, and implement solutions.
Experience using
Six Sigma tools
to drive process improvements and resolve issues.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and deliver results.
