Lead Financial Associate
to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
Financial Analysis:
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, providing recommendations to optimize financial performance.
Investment Research:
Research and analyze investment opportunities, including stocks, bonds, and other asset classes, to identify potential investments that align with client goals and risk tolerance.
Portfolio Management:
Assist in the management of client portfolios, ensuring that investment strategies are implemented effectively and in accordance with client objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized financial advice and support.
FP&A:
Develop and manage financial models, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports to support investment decisions, risk assessments, and strategic planning.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including SEC and FINRA rules.
Ad-hoc Analysis:
Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses as needed to address specific client inquiries or support decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in the investment advisory industry
Strong financial analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex financial information to clients
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
A strategic mindset and the ability to identify and capitalize on financial opportunities
Series 65 or 7 license required
