Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent required.
Texas Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) required.
Over five years of experience in the water/wastewater field preferred.
Proven project management experience with municipal water and wastewater projects.
Strong skills in client relations, project scheduling, and preparation of scope/fee proposals.
Ability to review and ensure compliance with design plans and specifications.
Experienced in leading technicians and drafting personnel effectively.
Experience with AutoCAD and/or GIS preferred.
Capable of preparing design plans, estimates, and specifications.
Ability to collect field data and perform construction observations.
