Job Overview Facility Innovations Group Inc is seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians to support large-scale commercial and industrial solar installations across Arizona. In this hands‑on role, you will perform and oversee electrical work including conduit, gear, interconnection, and underground systems while ensuring compliance with NEC, safety standards, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Install, commission, and maintain commercial and industrial solar electrical systems

Execute safe, code‑compliant wiring of gear, conduit, panels, and solar components

Troubleshoot issues and identify solutions quickly and independently

Supervise and support electrical and subcontractor crews with field leadership

Read and enforce blueprints, specs, and technical plans

Coordinate site logistics, materials, scheduling, and inspections

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure project milestones are met

Collaborate with foremen, site supervisors, and project managers

Enforce NEC, local codes, and jobsite safety protocols

Qualifications

Valid Journeyman Electrician License (Arizona preferred)

5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial electrical work

Solar installation experience strongly preferred

Deep knowledge of NEC, electrical safety, and low‑voltage systems

Skilled in conduit, gear, interconnection, and underground electrical work

OSHA 30 certification preferred

Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

Self‑motivated with high accountability and professionalism

Comfortable working in fast‑paced, evolving solar construction environments

Full‑time, Monday to Friday

Occasional overtime as project demands require

Primary worksite: Commercial solar projects throughout Arizona

Onsite field operations with occasional regional travel
