What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Leverage expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management to address client pain points and position solutions effectively

Lead tailored product demonstrations focusing on client-specific needs and value drivers

Deliver sales training and equip the sales team with effective communication tools

Partner with Account Executives to gather and document client technical requirements

Build strong relationships with prospects and clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle

What is Required (Qualifications)

Proven experience in healthcare revenue cycle management and medical billing

Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field

5-7 years of experience in healthcare RCM or healthcare technology sales engineering

Strong oral and written communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts

Experience supporting sales teams in a technical or sales enablement capacity

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Familiarity with MedEvolve or similar healthcare technology platforms

Experience delivering sales training and pitch deck training

Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills

Demonstrated ability to run effective product demos and present business value

Analytical skills for ROI and business case development
