Wiring Associates
for a global manufacturing company in El Paso, TX.
As a
Wiring Associate , you will:
Performs wiring assembly operation on one job (from pre‑arranged kit)
Assemble moderately to complex electro‑mechanical products
Assemble custom switchboard cabinetry - medium to large sized parts
Read complex prints and schematics
Troubleshoot, fabricate and install parts
Utilizes a variety of hand tools, air tools, and measuring equipment to complete job
This is a full‑time opportunity.
Schedule: Monday to Friday (flexible to work OT on Saturday)
1st Shift: 6am - 2:30pm
2nd Shift: 3:30pm - 12am
The ideal candidate will have
High School Diploma or GED
2‑3 years previous Assembly experience
Experience reading prints and schematics
Ability to work independently
Expertise with basic hand tools, air tools, gages and torque wrenches required
Good hand‑eye coordination and excellent natural or corrected vision
Understanding of electrical principles and UL Requirements is highly desired
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to work Overtime is required
Pre‑employment physical is required
Pay Rate 1st shift - $16.00 per hour
2nd shift - $17.25 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
